This was my longest cover run at DC. R.E.B.E.L.S. was a reboot of L.E.G.I.O.N. a present-day Legion of Superheroes spinoff.

Aaaaand, I got to design Braniac 3, Vril Dox's son!
I tried to keep with the themes and iconography of classic Brainiacs, while incorporating some of Dox's fascist/military flourishes too.
